Mt Rainier is one of our favorite spots to hike in the spring. This is one of the streams that come from Mt. Rainier glaciers from which their names derive: the Carbon, Puyallup, Mowich, Nisqually, and Cowlitz Rivers all begin on the slopes of Mt. Rainier.
theres something strange about hanging off of a sea cliff that’s relaxing. Water rages toward the cliff side to just shatter on the rocks. But still to current, water flows. Cascades of glass upon solid ground. For water takes no rest or seat. At the sea cliffs, it’s the home to the ocean of roaring waves. The rough sea attacking the rocks that shattered the drops of glass. And in an instant, their life begins again.

I can't wait to get back out. Remember never stop fishing!
“My husband and I were hiking on Isle of Skye, Scotland in a region called The Quiraing. I didn't know it yet, but I was pregnant with our daughter at the time, so I felt extremely fatigued and nauseous. After a long day of steep hiking with a heavy pack, we finally found the perfect place to pitch our tent and enjoyed a stunning sunset over the North Atlantic. Once again proving that the hardest days often lead to the highest rewards.”
