My body is exhausted and I am hangry all day long lol 😩 BUT I am staying focused, sticking with the plan, and reminding myself all this hard work will be shown shortly! I’m SO EXCITED to get on stage! 💃🏻 _ I will try to keep filming workouts for you guys but at the same time trying to stay focused is a bit difficult at times so no promises 🙃 Hope you understand! I DID however film today’s workout 💪🏼 _ Now “simple” DOES NOTTTT mean easy 🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️ This was a tough one. 6 rounds total.   • Earlier this week you may have seen the all important announcement that I’ve started wearing caps & high socks to gym (because apparently this is vitally important information to share 🤨😂) Jokes aside, I do want to say that my biggest growth at gym hasn’t been my quads but my confidence 🥰. I remember when I first started & was absolutely clueless & terribly intimidated (still am if I’m honest!) wearing my old hand-me-down baggy track pants & shirts. Of course it does NOT matter what you wear to gym (obvs! And it does kind of get all gross & sweaty anyway!!) But one way I’ve seen progress has been feeling more comfortable in my own skin & expressing this through what I wear. It took me two years before I moved from baggy track pants to tights (yip, it’s ridiculous, but I was terrified!) & then ANOTHER year before I worked up the courage to squeeze myself in tiny gym shorts 😬. I may be poking fun at myself with the caps & high socks at gym but it actually acts as a testament for myself - rocking what I think makes me look good & feel good (regardless of what anyone might say - although I’ve come to find that no one actually cares & everyone is too obsessed with themselves 😅). If you want to wear your fave old race T-shirt that’s falling apart or fearlessly love yourself in a matching crop top & tights combo then DO THAT 💯. Maybe it’s not about clothes for you but finally overcoming that barrier of joining that gym class you’ve wanted to try or moving from your usual cardio machine to the weight section to try something new - GO FOR IT 👌🏽. Here is to finding that strength, acceptance, approval & admiration WITHIN 💪🏽. . Are you willing to put aside your doubt, fear, ego, swallow your pride and do what’s hard or uncomfortable in order to get to the next level? . When I do this - I feel FREE! I find the joy in the journey and I build the confidence to take another step! 👣 . Over the last 3 days, I got real with myself - I knew personally I could do better - when you take a hard look at yourself and trust the process, you are capable of anything!!   • PEOPLE WITH INSOMNIA⚠️ I am here to help(: good night sleep, and this is how I’m gonna do it! It’s been awhile since I continued my ~supplement series~ but here we are. As I’ve posted about before, when I started taking CBD oil before bed my sleep quality and schedule did a complete 180. I used to wake up 4-5 a night and stay awake for 20-30min during those times. I never, ever felt rested enough. I always took melatonin to help me fall asleep, but it didn’t help me stay asleep which is what I needed. So I started taking these 3 supplements and they have completely changed my sleep to the point where if I wake up during the middle of night, I consider it a bad night sleep... ⁣⁣ •⁣⁣ #1 - Magnesium is a calming supplement that is essential for relieving anxiety and allows for relaxation. In this picture there are 2 types because I take one in the morning (the one all the way to the left) which is Magnesium Oxide. This one specifically helps with IBS-C. And then the other bottle (3rd one over) I take at night to help with sleep⁣ (I take up to 1000mg of magnesium a day, it’s so good for you!) ⁣ •⁣ #2 - L-Tryptophan is another amino acid similar to magnesium that supports relaxation&restful sleep (just as it says on the bottle) ⁣⁣ •⁣⁣ #3 - CBD oil, my fav and the most helpful I would say. I have a whole post on the benefits so go check that out(: ⁣⁣ •⁣⁣ Sorry for long post!! I could go on forever about my struggles with sleep (it’s been a long road) and sleep supplements but I’m glad I finally found something that works for me because I’ve never slept better(: Hope this helps😊😴

What you see me using here is called a pit shark, basically it allows you to get a deeper squat without pressure on the back. On the way up, focus on squeezing the glutes tg— you’ll feel the burn😶 Videoed is my last set @ 110lb ~ I supersetted this w resistance band deadlifts w a 30lb barbell. (My last rep or two I caught myself leaning a little forward. My legs were shaking🙃) . . . Already can’t wait to get my next workout done here💪

If I could pick the one I wouldn’t mind replaying a few times, it would be 6 am: the hour that immediately follows my morning alarm. I sip my kombucha, while listening to my happy wake up playlist, read a couple of pages from whatever book I'm currently reading (right now I'm still reading #TheArtOfNotGivingAFuck), journal, and excitedly set my intention for the day and most importantly drink my shake 💙 . On the other hand, if I could, I’d skip 6 pm, I would, because, I could definitely live without the necessary evil of rush hour commute and lots of people where you can barely move each afternoon. Sauté spinach with garlic and ms dash. Put spinach In Tupperware with egg whites, microwave 3 min, top with Sriracha and ketchup! Could also throw some sautéed mushrooms and onions in there...or lean ground turkey...lots of possibilities!
