Pasta for dinner is always a good idea — especially when it’s tossed with creamy cauliflower garlic sauce — my go-to for noodles, veggies, chicken and...well, everything 🙌🏻♥️🥰 Meal prepped another batch tonight (along with my fave lemon garlic honey chicken 🍗), and now (after a very “Monday” type of Monday) I’m ready for my favorite Monday night activities: Bach 🌹, bubbles 🥂, and a bubble bath! (<—which actually happens every night, not just on Mondays 🙋🏼♀️🛀). -
There’s a step-by-step tutorial for the creamy cauliflower garlic sauce in my story highlights, but here’s the abbreviated version: it’s as easy as steam (the cauliflower) blend (the ingredients — there are only five of them), pour (on your pasta...or straight into your mouth 😛) and store (it keeps for about three days in the fridge, so it makes a great meal-prep). It’s also dairy-free, vegan, and paleo and keto-friendly 🙌🏻☺️.

Say hello to my Double Espresso Brownies. This baby is infused with espresso and a subtle hint of chocolate and cinnamon, then topped with the most luscious and creamy espresso spiked coconut frosting (but you can’t even taste the coconut, I swear!!!).
This is the yummiest dessert or snack for anyone you know who loves that classic chocolate coffee combo. The brownies are also Keto, Paleo, Low Carb + #glutenfree#sugarfree#dairyfree#gutfriendly#nutfree#grainfree and my personal fave #eggfree
BROWNIE INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup activated or raw sunflower seeds
• 1/2 cup cacao powder
• 1 Tbsp cinnamon
• 1 Tbsp golden flax meal (I get it from @iHerb)
• 1 Tbsp grass-fed gelatin
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup fermented bananas (recipe on my website)
• 1/2 cup strong @bulletproof black coffee
• 1/4 cup coconut oil
• Your preferred sweetener to taste (I used 1/2 cup @lakantosweetener)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
3. Pour into a pre-lined bread loaf tin. Place in preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and cook completely before putting the frosting on top.

Off season update, considering this is my first well structured off season with @ollie_fitness I wouldn't say I'm doing to bad. Title under my belt and weekly progress being consistent. One way I've found to stay motivated is to set your daily goals and make sure you set possibilities. What do I mean by this? Well every day you have the possibly of being something and achieving something. If that's helping someone else or accomplishing something for yourself it doesn't matter which.

Gluten Free - Courgertti Noodle Prawn Stir fry for dinner last night!

2 packets of prawns
1 bell pepper/brocolli
2 carrots
4 spiralised courgettes
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp fish sauce
2 tbsp honey

Cook prawns until just done, take out of pan and leave to sit. Cook the garlic in the pan with oil (any of choice) and cook for 2 mins till fragrant. Add in the carrots, pepper and courgetti cook 5/6 mins until tender. Add half the sauce (all just mixed together) and cook for 2 mins, then add in prawns and extra sauce and cook for a final 2 mins. Ready to serve and eat!

Recette @etsionchangeaitensemble_ « Tarte de carottes crues 🥕 » #vegan#glutenfree
Ingrédients :
1 pâte brisée sans gluten
2 carottes bio avec la peau
1 boite de tofu soyeux
1 c. A soupe de moutarde douce
2 poignées de cheddar râpé (Vegan)
Du sesame noir, du poivre, du sel, du cumin, de l’huile d’olive
Râper vos carottes avec la peau. Réserver.
Dans un autre bol, verser la boîte de tofu soyeux, puis ajouter la moutarde, le sel, le poivre, le cumin et l’huile d’olive.
Remuer.
Ajouter les carottes râpées puis tout verser sur la pâte préalablement piquée.
Ajouter le cheddar râpé sur la préparation puis enfourner environ 25 minutes au four.
Sortir la tarte la laisser tiédir, saupoudrer de sesame noir, et servir avec une salade d’épinards 🥗

You've all seen both these pics before, but never together, I was shocked seeing them together.
My mom said to me "What is that around your waist?" in the pic on the right, I said " My Fat." There was no magic, it was/is not a quick process, there are no tricks. I eat everything...almost everything. During this whole process I realized gluten is not my friend, so anything with that is gone for good.
I ate fried chicken, I ate foods they tell people "dieting" to avoid. I hit my 100 pound mark a couple weeks, after having 2 birthday cakes.
I am not dieting, this is a lifestyle change.
All I have as far as advice is to:
- find what works for you. -drink water
-eat in a caloric deficit
-move your body
also if you need to, research! #everygooglehelps
I am not done, I still have fitness goals to reach. Maintaining and muscle building is the new battle.

Attempted my very first smoothie bowl this morning, and I would say it was a success! 🥄 • 1/2 cup of @siggisdairy 🥣
• 1 cup of pre-cut fruit (banana, strawberry, mango & pineapple) 🍌🍓🥭🍍
• 1 tsp. of #rawnice Pink Pitaya powder 🍉
• Chia seeds, sunflower seeds, and coconut chips sprinkled on top 🥥
• 1/8 cup of blueberries sprinkled on top
