  • feeling kind of stuck with the type of content I want to put out. I don’t want to post photos just for the sake of posting because that isn’t helpful to anyone. I have so many ideas for different challenges, guides and other things but I really want to finish my nasm degree before focusing on that. I’ve been studying really hard and I have my test on June 1st 🎉 I really really want to be properly educated before releasing any products. I bought some ‘guides’ that were literally just a bro split training plan with 4x8-12 for every exercise. That’s not helpful to anyone. What I want to focus on is quality and actually helping people over making a quick buck. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ok, rant done 🌈 Thank you if you made it to the end, I really appreciate all of the support I get through this community 💞💞💞

  • WEIGHTLIFTING 🏋️ might not be what you want!! . . working out is not all about beautiful muscle separation(➕) beautiful body line(➕) feeling energetic all the time(➕) plus plus ➕ ➕➕,,,, those sour uncles/ppl are right when they say when we grow old n stop lifting, we will flatten! That's true, that's law of nature! , because to have the ➕, you need to have discipline(➖) to follow through your workout, and if you want more, you gotta sacrifice(➖) your day to day urge to enjoy certain food. You need to spend time(➖) /money(➖) /energy(➖) . LIFTING is an activity where one sacrifices time ➖and VOLUNTARILY induces PAIN➖ to physical body parts to achieve body goals➕ he/she wants! The intensity of pain gets pretty extreme⚠️⚠️⚠️ and your DNA must like it to able to sustain!! . Being healthy is a good direction, but to lift weights just because you want to look like someone else. That's not self-love. listen to your DNA, maybe you want to swim, run, cycle, or higher intensity like sprinting, cross fit? (Crossfit is too tough for me, RESPECT to all the crossfitters 💪💪💪) Really listen to your body, your body will tell you what kind of tempo it wants ☺️ .   • 💪 #FitnessTip268: Try THIS for a Stronger Core - 🔊 Sound: ON - 👌 Exercise Benefits - The Body Saw is an exercise for building core strength and stability. - You can use a variety of different implements including the following: •Slideboard •Suspension Trainer/TRX •Furniture Sliders (as demonstrated) •Towel on Wooden Floor •@sorinex Glute Ham Roller - The Body Saw is also a conservative exercise on the spine when performed correctly and includes added engagement out of the serratus anterior (more on why this is important in a later post). - This is a progression from the traditional plank, so be sure to be proficient at the plank first. - 📝 Exercise Technique - 1️⃣ Start in a plank position with your elbows positioned under your shoulders. - Squeeze your glutes and brace your abs, maintaining your alignment throughout the movement. - 2️⃣ Moving through your shoulders, slide forward and backward in a controlled manner. - 3️⃣ At the end of each phase, pause for a moment before sliding forward or back. - 🗣Coaching Tips - ❌ Hips Sagging / Overarching Low Back ❌ Hips Rising ❌ Not Getting Enough Range-of-Motion - ✅ Squeeze Glutes and Brace (tighten abs as if bracing for a punch) ✅ Move through shoulders ✅ Maintain Alignment ✅ Sets: 2-3 ✅ Reps: 6-8 / Forward and Back - 👇If you have any questions, feel free to leave them below!

  • FRIENDS!! Omg I’ve been MIA all weekend and I’m sure you’ve missed me! 🤣 But I’ve been a busy bee! My mom has been in town and she has been helping us paint and redo our [ugly] kitchen! It’s been quite the project and it’s still not finished, but so far I’m LOVING it. She heads back home tomorrow, so my life kinda goes back to normal. I need routine, anyone else? The kitchen will be done soon-ish... wanna see the finished product??
