  • Repost: for those who are curious: fitness and diet update [ft deniro in the background] ⚠️👇 fitness: moving in ways that make me feel energized and strong- so weight lifting and a little cardio. challenging myself but always enjoying the process diet: focusing less on numbers and more on eating in a way that works best for me, my goals, my body and my life (which happens to include a lot of dark chocolate) always gluten free for health #celiacdisease and vegan for the planet 🌱 current body goals: just taking care of myself mentally and physically- trying to be my happiest and healthiest self supplements: B12, probiotics and preworkout bc i’m an addict. that’s it bc most supplements are not necessary and that’s the tea i’m finding my happy place with fitness and food. it’s been about about a 7 year journey to get here and i’m still figuring it out, but i’m the most balanced i’ve ever been. be patient. focus on you 💛 #fitness #healthy #plantbased #vegan #selfie #diet #fitnessroutine #workout

  • Grow those legssss. 👊🏼 ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Squats are feeling better. Notice that I decreased both the weight and the reps. This is to ensure I’m not going too heavy & really getting the benefits of the movement. I used to be able to do 165x10, and here I’m doing it x4. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Most people put a fuckload of weight on the bar & barely get to parallel. That, my friend, is both cheating and loading the weight onto your knees. It’s okay to go down in weight! It’s not a contest if it means you’re doing it right 😂⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Take it slow & build little by little. Would you rather have three perfect reps or 10 mediocre ones? 🙌🏼 Something to think about for your next session 💃🏻

  • I’m not quite ready yet. 🤷🏼‍♀️ ⁣ Everyone and their mamas went on spring break the past couple of weeks. Well, except for me. 🤷🏼‍♀️ ⁣ ⁣ I haven’t gone anywhere, which means I have no reason at all to do a ‘cut’. 🤩⁣ ⁣ I’ve been taking fullll advantage of these last couple of weeks before summer starts by eating as much as possible and really focusing on my programming. ⁣ ⁣ Which, by the way, may look incredibly boring on insta but is so much fun in real life. I love dialing in on my form and watching my weights, endurance, and strength go up! ⁣ ⁣ Just because you see everyone else dieting/cutting, doesn’t mean you have to. Make sure to focus on YOUR goals because that’s all that matters.⁣ ⁣ Okay have a great Tuesday, I’m going to go eat some coconut curry shrimp now 🥥⁣✌🏼 ⁣ P.S. go check out Chris’ profile @fresh2fitpc , he’s been fueling these booty gains all season aka god’s work. 👏🏼👏🏼⁣
