The ISSF World Cup Shotgun in Acapulco, Mexico comes to a close today. Let's recap what our athletes achieved.
James Willett equalled the world record qualifying score shooting 125/125, before going on to win gold in the Trap Men event shooting 47/50.
Mitchell Iles and Jack Wallace took part in the same event with Mitchell coming 41st scoring 120/125 and Jack Wallace coming 68th with a score of 117/125
Laetisha Scanlan picked up the silver medal for Trap Women shooting 43/50, before teaming with James Willett to win gold in the Trap Mixed Team event with the pair shooting 46/50.
Mitchell Iles and Penny Smith teamed in the same event equalling the world record for qualifying shooting 149/150.
Aislin Jones took part in the Skeet Women event coming 16th with a score of 114/125.
Keith Ferguson placed 20th in the Skeet Men event scoring 120/125.
Paul Adams also competed in the same event scoring 119/125 to come 34th.

It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood. Had to switch up the #DailyPump as @smith.julian hits legs on Tuesdays but I have soccer so I wait till Wednesday to hit legs.
Great back and biceps day with some slow, concentrated, and high rep sets. Form is coming along but still need to work on the lower back keeping level and not leaning up when doing the flys. It’s a process but I like the progression and look forward to each workout everyday just trying to get better!

Are you like me and must have a clean workspace before you start working? Or do you have organized piles you can freakishly work around 😉? I’m weird, I cannot concentrate if my desk is messy. I just can’t. One thing that has helped me lately is creating lists.
My most fave lately is creating a weekly list on Sunday night (or Monday morning). Then I break down the list into my days. It’s been helping me not feel so overwhelmed how busy we’ve gotten. It didn’t really dawn on me until we looked at ALL the numbers and found we grew by 46% in 2018! Anywho, staying organized is a must for me!
One of the best resources I’ve found for my business has been from the @bossupshop and @withatwistboutique, Where I get my ‘get shit done’ lists. They have both the productivity pads and other amazingly designed items. Nope, not an ad. I just legit love a company that has great branded items that Mach my personality and needs. Their products speak for themselves 😘

I was working alongside a group of employees of a very large organisation in a small room for a couple of days. The first thing I noticed was the negativity and gossip that was constant within the group. I then made a room rule "If you can't say something positive, then say nothing at all."
The room then fell silent for several hours. The employees could no longer speak. Everyone that came to visit the room was told the same rule. They too, left quickly not knowing what to say.
After several hours folks started to speak again, slowly and carefully, watching every word they said. By the end of the day the employees had learnt a new positive way to communicate and the atmosphere was lifted.
