Nach einer erneuten Laufpause habe ich heute meinen ersten Laufversuch unternommen. Das traumhafte Wetter rief regelrecht danach. Ich habe es langsam angehen lassen. Bin im GA1 Bereich gelaufen und habe sogar Gehpausen eingelegt, wenn der Puls zu hoch war. Es war einfach traumhaft, was soll ich sagen #laufenmachtglücklich 😍😍.
Wart ihr heute auch schon unterwegs? Die nächsten Tage soll es ja noch wärmer werden, ohhhh ich freue mich🤗🤗🤗🙋🏼♀️🏃♀️

Running in sunshine and all smiles....doesn’t get any better than that! It’s so nice to switch it up and be able to enjoy the beautiful weather in the LIGHT!
As a runner, the majority of us begin our runs in the very early mornings, am I right?! I find my happiness where the sun shines! Which is another reason why I love to run! Whatever you choose to do just get outside and choose to shine!

Being on the road isn’t always glamorous like one might think. There are lots of running in circles just to get 3 miles in. I definitely need to scope out a place to do my 11 miles this weekend because I’m not doing it in the campground!
Thoughts while running: I started running to find peace and relieve stress. However, I did not want it to turn into a stress trigger by adding additional goals. My goal this month was to run 40 miles and I doubled that today, however, just a few days ago I was set on finishing the month with a 100. So, I realized I needed to have this mindset: I am already successful because I hit my goal and doubled it, so adding on isn’t really that necessary but just allows me to put in some extra work. Will I be upset if I don’t hit 100? Nah, because I already hit my first goal! Success comes in many forms but don’t let your own mind ruin what you’ve already accomplished. Don’t let your passions and joys become a trigger for stress and anxiety because it’s simply not worth it. Let it be for you. Let it be for your own happiness.
Have ever seen a downtown that had such a great view behind it?
As you saw by the picture before this, Sedona will be a big part of the trip for the Northern Arizona camp. Sedona's downtown has an eclectic mix of people from outdoor enthusiasts to people who seek out vortexes they claim are swirling through the city. Don't worry, you wont disappear into one 🤣 🌪.
We will take some time to check out this downtown and walk through some really cool shops. Maybe pick up a Sedona shirt, or just grab some awesome photos of the towns surroundings. Either way, it will be an experience unlike any other!

I took the weekend off and did not run not one mile. 😳 I had a ridiculously busy week and by the time the weekend got here, all I wanted to do was be lazy and hang out with my husband and kids.
