HAPPYYYY THURSDAY!! Wowie if any of you saw my story today was just one of those days you know? (very BOOTYful haha READ) -
Woke up late with a migraine, my lunch spilled on the wet and rainy ground, my migraine medicine spilled all over my car and then my dentist forgot to numb one of the sides I had a cavity, 🦷😣, forgot some important things for school at home and just etc etc. -
These migraines have been frustrating and yes all the other things have been too. But being able to laugh at yourself when you find yourself getting mad about pointless things is something that has always been hard for me. -
Because today was still a good day, I still got up out of bed and made my bed, laughed with some new friends and get to talk to you guys on a daily basis. @victoria.inspire ‘s post got me so much. Complaining is something so easy but the gratitudes and the strengths we find in our complaints is the most important. Happy Thursday guys, everyday is a good day to have a good day. Yep. As cheesy as it sounds🥰 (have a BOOTYful Friday I will have a workout for you tomorrow 😏)

SPRING BREAK DAY 4: UNARMED MOVEMENT
I can’t really call this flow wushu or tricking so for now I’ll call it unarmed movement. I worked on both today and after looking at the footage, I really need to clean up my hook kick and continue to build up flexibility all around. Training was rough today, but I know learning new things aren’t gonna be satisfying at first. I just can’t wait till I land my first butterfly twist and I’ll know the time is paying off!

I’ve decided to grind everyday during spring break, focusing on a different weapon or aspect of flow to improve overall. Each day of spring break, I’ll post what I’ve worked on and doing this will keep me accountable to the grind 😤
an unusual child one that unreservedly approves of him being a father, being a friend, those are the things that make me feel successful & keeps me pushing forward & I’m proud of it life is all about hard work, nothing comes easy, life is not, quality time being his coach and mentor is my purpose that’s quality time sacrificing and always making time being with him along the way hands down.
GG1W5D2 glute day ☑️ feeling so motivated today! I tried @marillewellyn famous fajita bowl today as a pre-workout meal and DUDE I felt so fueled 🤯
I did a 10 min warmup on the treadmill, a @marifitnessguides glute workout and then 30 min of arms with my amazing trainer @beckycontifitness 😘 (follow her! especially for healthy eating tips)
super happy with how hard I pushed today and excited about how strong I’m feeling!
