  • BEGINNERS MISTAKES PT. 3 - PROCESS 🐌 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ DM me if you need personalized training- or nutrition plans 💌 and leave a little ❤️ if you like these posts! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1️⃣ TRUST THE PROCESS. That will always be my #1 tip. Don’t lose your patience because you don’t see progress after a week or when you don’t have the body of your dreams after 6 months. Good things take time. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2️⃣ Don’t look for the secret formula or try to do what others are doing. Do what works for YOU. Hate HIIT? No problem, don’t do it. Don’t like the taste of whey shakes? No problem, don’t drink it. Don’t like to eat breakfast? No problem, skip it. Everything is possible as long as you stick to the basic principles (and listen to your damn coach this one’s for you @mimapepic 🤪) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3️⃣ Don’t run before you can walk. New to the fitness game? Don’t focus on those fancy unilateral time under tension superset shizzle exercises. Stick to the basics, it will work, too. Build it up over time. Same goes for nutrition. Don’t drop too quickly in calories/carbs.

  • ⚠️ VALE LA PENA LEER ⚠️ . Durante mi adolescencia me acomplejaba mucho con mi cuerpo, aveces sentía que estaba gorda pero otras veces sentía que estaba muy delgada, me veía sin curvas, no me gustaban mis senos pequeños y hasta deseaba ser más alta. No me sentía a gusto con mi cuerpo sin embargo esto nunca bajó mi autoestima porque nunca he sido una persona de baja autoestima pero estos complejos me restaban confianza en mi misma a la vez que me impedían lograr mis metas, hasta que un día me harté y entendí que nadie en la vida es perfecto, que todos estamos llenos de defectos pero también tenemos un montón de virtudes, el problema es que siempre solemos dirigir nuestros pensamientos a cosas negativas, nos comparamos con otras personas y nos olvidamos que cada ser humano es único y cada uno tiene su propia esencia. Me tomo un tiempo entenderlo no voy a mentir pero cuando al fin pude hacerlo cambié mis pensamientos negativos por unos más positivos, empecé a ver más virtudes que defectos, y con esto mejore la relación conmigo misma. 😉 CONSEJO: No te compares con otras personas, con esto solo consigues desperdiciar la oportunidad de conocer a otra mucho mas fascínate: TU. 👊🏼 Recuerda que cada persona es única y cada una tiene su propia esencia valórate y anímate a descubrir la tuya. ✨ #Amorpropio #girlpower #bodypositive
