I’ve been stuck fluctuating between 133-138 for a couple months now and I’ve definitely had my moments of frustration, BUT I also haven’t been as strict as I was when I started. This is a journey. Friends will come into town, you’ll have a bad day and go overboard on #ketotreats or you’ll just really want a craft beer with some friends on a Sunday afternoon. Memories over macros. Don’t beat yourself up about it, tomorrow is always a new day.
With that being said, I was not excited to try on a bathing suit yet but I was attending a pool party this weekend. When I put these two pictures side by side I realized I have come a long way and fluctuating 5 pounds doesn’t master as much after seeing where I’ve been. I have control over food and make conscious decisions now. I’ve stopped emotionally eating and I learned how to listen to my body and give it what it needs. This is a lifestyle and my body will continue to change at my own pace, by living a balanced life.
