Quick question...which SNB athletes AREN’T racing at Santa Barbara Nine Trails this Saturday? Just kidding...but we will have quite a few squirrels climbing the gorgeous mountains of Santa Barbara’s front range! Let’s give Stephen Kersh, Jim Walmsley, Cody Reed, Chris DeNucci, Kris Brown, Tim Freriks, Jared Hazen, Eric Senseman, Jeffrey Stern, Sarah Cotton, Taylor Nowlin, and Cat Bradley a big shout of good luck! Now, who did I miss? 💚🐿 Crush it, Team! 📸 @mykehphoto#squirrelsnutbutter#santabarbaraninetrails#antichafe
This is SNB Ambassador, Tony Cankles. Tony is gearing up for his first ever, FULL Marathon in November in New York City. To make this day even more memorable, he is raising money for Paul Newman’s Charity, the hole in the wall gang, which hosts a camp free of charge for over 20,000 seriously ill children and their families! Let’s wish him well in his training, and if possible, help him reach his $3,500 goal! Good luck, Tony!

Let’s give a huge shout out to SNB athlete, Brian Reynolds! Brian ran the New York Road Runners United Half Marathon this past weekend, setting a personal best and World Record for double below the knee amputees with a screaming fast time of 1:19:43!
Awesome work, Brian!
National Geographic named it one of the 20 best “epic hiking trails” in the world. The Israel National Trail stretches from Kibbutz Dan near the Israel-Lebanon border to Eliat on the Gulf of Aqaba, and tomorrow, Pro Squirrel Michael Wardian will attempt to set a Fastest Known Time by running its length of 1000km in 10 days! In his own words, Michael states that this is his “biggest project ever”. Best of luck to you, Michael! We all know, you’ve got this! 📸 @iancorlessphotography#squirrelsnutbutter#FKT#antichafe
Pure focus! Love this shot of Flagstaff Squirrel, Griffin Harwood, during one of his visits to the Black Canyon Aid Station during yesterday’s, Mesquite Canyon! Griffin took 7th overall in the 50 mile, Ian Torrence placed 15 overall in the 50k, and Luke Sanchez came in 18th overall in the 50k. Such a beautiful day at White Tank Mountain Regional Park!
